Online Return Policy

Collected Goods wants you to love your purchase, however we understand that some items don’t work. Please note that we only offer a E- Gift Card for all online returns. Please read our return policy for full details.


We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to return it by mail or in-store. Complete the return form included in your package and ship back your return to the address below. After 14 days, your item(s) become a FINAL sale. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will email you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be emailed a collected goods E-Gift Card.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. Only items and clothing that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with attached tags, free of makeup, perfume, pet hair and in original condition can be returned.  Shoes must be in new condition, unworn, without scuffs. If your order does not meet all of the above requirements for an exchange or web credit, we will ship the item back to you with additional shipping cost.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Feel free to email us if you have any questions.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if something is wrong. You can email with a photo so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damage to clothing caused by improper care or incorrect sizing.

Shipping Returns

We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit back to our location. We suggest shipping with USPS and asking for a tracking number on returned items. All eligible purchases can be returned by any third-party shipping method of the customer's choice. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend that you insure and track your package. We do not pay for return shipping.

Missing Packages

We are not responsible for missing packages. If tracking shows “delivered”, You will need to file a claim with the carrier. If your package is lost in the mail, contact us and we will do our best to help locate the item. 

Shipping Pricing

Shipping is determined based on weight and timeframe at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders $150 and greater. 

At this time, we only ship to the United States. 

Processing Time

Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box address is used, we will cancel and refund your order. 

Possible Delays 

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
